When: Monday, Jan. 2, 6-9 p.m.
Where: Washington Hall, 153 14th Avenue, Seattle, WA 98122

#Earth2Trump

The Earth2Trump Roadshow is coming to Seattle on Jan. 2.

The roadshow is rallying and empowering defenders of civil rights and the environment to resist Trump's dangerous agenda. Stopping in 16 cities on its way to Washington, D.C., it will bring thousands of people to protest at the presidential inauguration.

We need you there. And we need your friends, family and activist networks. Please take a moment to RSVP.

The free shows will feature national and local speakers, great musicians, and an opportunity to join a growing movement of resistance to all forms of oppression and all attacks on our environment. We must stand and oppose every Trump policy that hurts wildlife, poisons our air and water, destroys our climate, promotes racism, misogyny or homophobia, and marginalizes entire segments of our society.

At each show, you can:

  • Sign the national Pledge of Resistance to Trump's dangerous agenda.
  • Write a personalized #Earth2Trump message that will be carried to D.C. in a massive globe and delivered to Trump.
  • Create a huge, viral social media #Earth2Trump messaging campaign.
  • Connect with people in your community resisting oppression and find out how to join the million people who will protest in Washington, D.C. on Inauguration Day.

Featured musicians in Seattle will include Dana Lyons and Makana. And notable speakers will include slam poet Nikkita Oliver, youth activist Aji Piper, Kaya Axelson from Seattle Neighborhood Action Coalition, Aneelah Afzali from the American Muslim Empowerment Network, and representatives from ACLU of Washington and Plant for the Planet. The event is cosponsored by ACLU of Washington, Plant for the Planet, American Muslim Empowerment Network, Seattle Neighborhood Action Coalition, 350 Seattle, Rising Tide, Sierra Club, Sustainable Seattle, NARAL, Neighborhood Action Coalition, Washington Environmental Council, Transit Riders Union, Sightline, Buddhist Peace Fellowship, Unite Here Local 8, Radical Women, and Causerie Publishing.

Join us in your community to send a powerful, unwavering Earth2Trump message that oppression and environmental destruction will not be tolerated.

Please RSVP to let us know you'll be at the event in Seattle and share this page with your family, friends and social networks. We'll see you on Jan. 2.
