The oil slick currently unfurling across the Gulf of Mexico will soon eclipse the infamous Exxon Valdez as the worst oil spill in American history, and it follows on the heels of the Obama administration's disastrous decision to allow new offshore oil drilling for the first time in 30 years. Without swift action, the Arctic, Atlantic coast, and eastern Gulf of Mexico will be devastated by oil drilling -- and the spills that inevitably follow.
